The predicted salary is between 25.2 - 30.8 $ per hour.
An incredible opportunity awaits a Property Manager to join our team! In this role, your journey will focus primarily on customer service and relationship management — rather than the day-to-day operational tasks. You will also be cohesively supported by our dedicated and categorised service teams including leasing, inspection, maintenance and centralised professional teams of trust account & administration, working closely with our landlord service team and backed by cutting-edge IT software, ensuring that all aspects of customer experience are cared for and the property management is handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage people and customer relationships
- Proactively interact with tenants
- Lead to swiftly respond to and provide solutions
- Collaboratively work with internal categorised service teams
About You:
- Minimum COR required for Property Manager
- People person, and customer service centric traits
- A real team player with positive & can-do attitude and multi-task ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual skills at business level preferable (English & Chinese)
