As one of our Property Management Business Development Managers, you will work closely with the leadership team and backed by our experienced property management service teams to drive our next wave of rent roll expansion.

What You'll Do
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners.
- Present PIA's premier property management services and convert enquiries and/or rental appraisals into new management listings.
- Track pipeline activity, share growth ideas, and coordinate seamless client onboarding.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or residential sales.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and teamwork.
- Valid NSW real estate certificate of registration/licence and a current driver's licence.
- An established network and track record in listing new managements (highly regarded).
