Hotel Harry is one of Sydney's most iconic pubs, known for great food, exceptional drinks, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and work closely with our General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our entire venue.
The Role
Reporting directly to the GM, you will oversee day-to-day operations across the venue. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads from the front. You'll be joining a confident, established team and have the opportunity to add to the overall dynamics of the venue.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Licensee, or in a senior FOH leadership role
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Confidence across gaming and accommodation
- Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams
- Experience managing high-volume service while maintaining exceptional standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A positive, professional, and hands-on approach
- Current RSA and ARCG certifications
- Ability to hold a liquor licence
