About the Role:
This is an outbound-first role focused on generating work from our existing customer base. You'll be responsible for:
- Making high-volume outbound calls to existing customers to book servicing work
- Re-engaging past customers and identifying new service opportunities
- Converting conversations into booked jobs
- Handling inbound calls during overflow periods
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar customer-facing roles
- Confidence making outbound calls (or willingness to learn)
- A sales mindset - you can guide customers toward booking
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- High energy and resilience in a KPI-driven environment
- Ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks
