The Perfect Recruit is looking for reliable Heavy Combination (HC) drivers with a current forklift licence for casual work with a refrigerated transport client based in Ingleburn, NSW.
You’ll deliver palletised and carton freight across Sydney, and load and unload refrigerated trailers safely. Day and night shifts are available up to 4 shifts per week, so there’s flexibility for the right people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering palletised and carton freight in refrigerated trailers
- Loading and unloading safely and securely, including by forklift or electric pallet jack
- Following set routes, completing paperwork and providing good customer service
- Keeping your truck clean and reporting any maintenance issues
- Using scanners and basic computer systems
- Following OH&S, safety and Chain of Responsibility requirements
What You’ll Need
- Current HC licence (essential)
- Current forklift licence (LF) (essential)
- Refrigerated or pallet delivery experience (highly regarded)
- Basic computer and scanner skills
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and working in cold and hot conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- Availability for day and/or night shifts
