What You’ll Be Doing:

- Delivering Exceptional Service: You'll set the tone for an amazing guest experience by leading by example, ensuring every guest is greeted with a smile and served with care.
- Team Development: You'll be coaching, training, and motivating the team, helping everyone reach their full potential while creating a fun, supportive work environment.
- Managing Shifts: You'll be responsible for running the shift smoothly, handling any challenges that pop up, and making sure everyone stays on track and on time.
