About the Role

As our Human Resources Administrator, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative support to the Human Resources and Payroll function, helping to ensure our systems, records and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Human Resources Manager while building strong relationships with employees and managers across the multi‑entity organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting recruitment administration & candidate communications
  • Responding to employee & manager enquiries
  • Contributing to projects & continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in accuracy and understands that the small details make a big difference.

You will bring:

  • Strong administration & organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills
  • A commitment to confidentiality & discretion
  • The ability to manage competing priorities & deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and business systems

Previous experience in HR administration, payroll administration or a similar support role will be highly regarded or a relevant qualification and eagerness to start your career in HR!

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to build your HR career across the full employee lifecycle
  • Supportive & collaborative team environment
  • Diverse & rewarding role with plenty of variety
  • Ongoing learning & development opportunities
  • Work for an organisation that genuinely values its people
