InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant and room service operations, ensuring high standards and achieving revenue goals. The role requires leadership of the team, adherence to brand standards and health and safety, and active guest support.
You will run daily briefings, deliver training, and manage service readiness, with shifts across breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, in a high-quality hotel setting on the Sydney.
