NRMA is seeking an experienced Change & Communications Lead (Membership) to join our Project Management Office. This dual-focus role drives change management across the Membership portfolio and coordinates internal communications and engagement for the division.
You’ll work across Agile and traditional delivery, partnering with project teams and leaders to translate complex information into clear messages, build engagement for the MyNRMA Rewards program, and ensure change is understood.
