The NRMA is seeking a Team Leader – Driver Training in Australia. You will lead and coach driving instructors and trainers, coordinate Driver Training programs and ensure safety and compliance across activities.
You will analyse performance data, partner with internal stakeholders and balance leadership with hands-on training delivery when needed. Weekend work is required and flexibility is discussed with the right candidate.
