The Mould Doctor is a well-established and growing Australian business specialising in mould remediation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Client Service All-Rounder to join our friendly McKinnon team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and job scheduling. No two days will be the same!
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Coordinating bookings and scheduling our field technicians
- Liaising with property managers, homeowners and tenants
- Following up quotations, bookings and customer requests
- Providing general administrative and operational support
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, confident and professional communicator
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy team environment
- Previous customer service or scheduling experience preferred
We value attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
