Pub Duty Manager | 4-Day Week | Near Byron Bay
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Duty Manager to join our team across the Middle Pub and Top Pub in Mullumbimby, just 15 minutes from Byron Bay.
If you're a natural leader who enjoys a busy pub environment, takes pride in great service and knows how to get the best out of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
- Predominantly evening shifts
- Every second weekend off, with flexibility required when needed
- Oversee venue operations, including bar, gaming and closing procedures
- Lead, support and develop the team
- Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation and compliance
- Work closely with management to keep both venues running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous pub or hospitality management experience
- Confident leadership and strong communication skills
- A reliable, hands-on attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications
- Flexibility to work evenings and alternating weekends
- A current forklift licence would be an advantage, but is not essential
