Madison Medical Practice St Ives is seeking a professional and motivated Casual Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and managing a range of administrative duties while effectively prioritising tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
A high standard of customer service and communication skills.
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Availability: Preferred availability is 2-3 days per week. Thursday and Friday 8am-6pm availability is essential.
