THE ROLE
Working directly with the Operations Manager, you'll lead across every departmentand help shape the culture.
Ideas? Rewarded. Initiative? Applauded. Execution? Impeccable.
You'll be the linchpin for:
Smashing revenue targets with agility and strategy
Keeping operations smooth, compliant, and organized
Coaching, training, and building an unstoppable team
Running marketing, security, maintenance, F&B, events, gaming, cash management, and anything else that keeps the venue humming
This is hands-on leadership—you'll be on the floor, solving problems, motivating the team, and balancing energy with order.
WHO YOU ARE

Your toolkit includes:
1+ years as Duty Manager in large, multifaceted venues
Strong operational F&B background
Compliance know-how
Passion for building teams and being a strong, reliable leader
