At The Loft we are a creative, inclusive, high end salon that loves beautiful hair. As a Stylist at The Loft, you will play a pivotal role in providing an unmatched guest experience as well as becoming part of our neighbourhood culture. The Loft Hair Salon was established 17 years ago in Mermaid Beach, making us a prominent business in the area with a loyal community of guests.
This full time position will be based in salon, working alongside our Stylist in a professional, creative but down to earth manner. We are looking for someone with a passion for our industry who gets excited for colour, styling and loves a hair transformation.
The Role:
- Cutting, styling and colouring (foiling, gloss, balayage) tailored to your guest’s specific needs
- Consulting with guests in order to make a plan to create their dream hair
- Maintain a professional standard and attitude within the salon
- Proactively stay up to date with trends and attend education and team building events provided to you by The Loft
- Actively engage and post on social media
- Learn new techniques with enthusiasm
