We're looking for a well-organised, customer service extraordinaire that loves a challenge. No two days are the same, and the right person will be quick on their feet, have a bubbly personality, and be an avid problem solver. As Customer Service & Inbound Call Center, you are the "backbone" of the office, ensuring operations are smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated.
You'll be speaking with new customers, existing Franchise Partners, and people in the process of starting their own business, so we want you to 'wow' them with a bright and friendly personality. Our Administration Assistant is a vital support to management and the team, often juggling multiple tasks at once.
The role is Full Time 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Organising orders for delivery
- Data entry
- General administration tasks
The ideal candidate will possess:
