The Little Big Dairy Co. is seeking a Senior Dairy Manufacturing Specialist to lead cottage cheese and butter production at our Dubbo-area dairy facility. This 100% hands-on role focuses on premium quality, food safety, and efficient manufacturing on-site.
You will work across cottage cheese, butter production, pasteurisation, filling, packaging, and QA testing, with shifts spanning early mornings and afternoons. DAMA sponsorship may be available for exceptional international candidates.
