Working closely with our Head Chef, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining standards and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

Delivering consistently high-quality food across all services.
Supporting menu development, specials and seasonal changes.
Maintaining high standards of preparation, presentation and cleanliness.
Assisting with ordering, stock control and minimising waste.
Helping lead, train and motivate the kitchen team.
Contributing to an organised, efficient and enjoyable workplace.
About you
Previous experience in similar kitchens and are ready to step up.
A genuine interest in seasonal produce, contemporary cooking and good wine.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working in a small, busy kitchen.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to lead by example.
A desire to contribute ideas and help shape the direction of our food.
