The Humanity Health Group is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner / Provisional Psychologist to join our Perth team. This hands-on, client-focused role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs across the lifespan, delivering tailored behaviour support plans and working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
You will conduct assessments, implement and review plans, provide training to carers and staff, and maintain comprehensive records while pursuing ongoing development.
