Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced M365, Azure Cloud & AI Architect to lead enterprise Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and AI transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, generative AI solutions and enterprise architecture consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud and AI transformation programs.
- Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, adoption and value realisation.
- Define AI strategies, maturity assessments, use cases and transformation roadmaps.
- Design secure Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures using Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview and Power Platform.
- Architect Copilot Studio agents, connectors, plugins and Microsoft Graph integrations.
- Apply generative AI concepts, including RAG, vector search, prompt engineering and agentic AI.
- Lead client workshops, presales, solution design, proposals, demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams and global stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture expertise.
- Proven experience in cloud and AI transformation consulting.
- Hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of generative AI, responsible AI, AI governance and GenAIOps.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and presales capabilities.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
