About the Role
The HR Ally is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 CRM & Finance & Operations (FinOps) to work with business stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse business requirements, map processes, and define functional solutions aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations, with proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, stakeholder engagement, and user acceptance testing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Functional Business Analyst, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Strong practical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (FinOps).
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, data structures, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience documenting user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
