We are looking for an experienced Administration professional to join our small, friendly and growing healthcare team.
This is a remote position suited to someone who has previous administration experience within the healthcare sector, is comfortable using Halaxy, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
About the role
You'll provide day-to-day administrative support across our healthcare operations, including:
Managing appointments and schedules through Halaxy
Communicating with clinical staff regarding schedules and appointments
Responding to general patient and clinic enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with general administration and day-to-day operations
Supporting the wider team as required
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous administration experience within healthcare
Is comfortable and confident using Halaxy
Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is comfortable working remotely and managing their own workload
Is proactive and happy to help wherever needed
Enjoys working within a small, friendly team
