We are looking for an experienced Administration professional to join our small, friendly and growing healthcare team.
This is a remote position suited to someone who has previous administration experience within the healthcare sector, is comfortable using Halaxy, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
About the role
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across our healthcare operations, including:
- Managing appointments and schedules through Halaxy
- Communicating with clinical staff regarding schedules and appointments
- Responding to general patient and clinic enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Assisting with general administration and day-to-day operations
- Supporting the wider team as required
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience within healthcare
- Is comfortable and confident using Halaxy
- Is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionallyIs comfortable working remotely and managing their own workload
- Is proactive and happy to help wherever needed
- Enjoys working within a small, friendly team
