The Health Lodge in Byron Bay is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead the reception team and practice nurses, manage diaries, and own the billing and training systems to deliver a smooth patient experience.
You will implement policies, ensure AGPAL accreditation readiness, and report to the CEO on utilisation, wages and billing.
