Key responsibilities
- Work independently or alongside an offsider on landscaping jobs from set out through to handover
- Read landscape plans and work to design specifications
- Organise your day and manage materials on site
- Carry out soft and hard landscaping work
- Perform planting work including set out, soil prep and plant health management
- Execute hardscape work across paving, retaining walls, edging and drainage
- Guide an offsider when needed
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
About you
- Solid, proven experience in both soft and hard landscaping
- Strong planting knowledge, including set out, soil prep and plant health
- Hardscape skills across paving, retaining walls, edging, drainage and similar
- Confident working unsupervised and guiding an offsider when needed
- Able to read landscape plans and work to a design
- Current driver's licence
- White Card
