GPT Group in Sydney is seeking a Property Finance Analyst to join our Logistics Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will deliver accurate reporting, manage month-end processes and support budgeting, forecasting and valuations for a diverse logistics portfolio.
Reporting to the Portfolio Finance Manager, you will liaise with external property managers, collaborate with asset teams and assist with Anaplan budgeting, debt reconciliation and investment property revaluations.
