The Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive and Solutions-Oriented: Approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Leadership Experience: Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience managing or supervising a fast-paced, luxury, or premium customer service-focused business.
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial and business sense is a must.

- Retail KPIs: Familiarity with standard retail Key Performance Indicators is important.
