About the role
Razz Room is our late-night, New York-style discotheque in the heart of Sydney — a place for big energy, live entertainment, great drinks and nights that don't end early.
We're looking for an energetic, friendly Cocktail Server to join the team, look after our guests and help keep the room buzzing.
This is a hands-on floor role for someone who enjoys being around people, loves a lively atmosphere and is comfortable working late nights and weekends.
Students and student visa holders are welcome to apply, provided they have valid work rights and availability for the required shifts.
What you'll do
Take drink orders and deliver cocktails and beverages to guests
Provide friendly, upbeat and attentive service
Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy and organised
Clear glassware and help maintain a smooth service flow
Work closely with the bar and floor teams during busy service
Engage with guests and contribute to the energy of the venue
Help create a fun, welcoming experience from the first drink to the last song
About you
Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching guests
Energetic, reliable and switched-on
Available for late-night and weekend shifts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
A team player who is happy to jump in and help
Previous hospitality, cocktail service or floor experience is a plus, but not essential
Holds a valid RSA or is willing to obtain one before commencing work, as required
