We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team at Roccella. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and maintaining consistent quality and presentation while following our recipes and kitchen standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workstation
- Assist with preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Follow stock rotation and correct food storage procedures
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy services
