Our cafes are a Melbourne staple when it comes to French quality products with over 30 years history around our beautiful cakes, scrumptious pastries and mouth watering sandwiches and croques.
We have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage attendant in our booming East Melbourne location.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.
- Support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience.
- Learn to be a cafe all-rounder by rotating through stations such as food processing, floor service, coffee making and maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and French luxury standards.
- Make delicious sandwiches.
What you will bring
- Previous experience in hospitality is required.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen preparing food is highly regarded.
- Hands on mindset and high energy to keep up with the fast paced environment of our cafes.
- Deliver and maintain the highest level of customer experience.
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
- Flexibility in the roster; shifts may include opens and closes, with weekend and public holiday work required.
- Previous barista experience is also an advantage.
