The Opportunity:
In the role of Roof and Gutter Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for commercial periodic & deep cleaning of roofs and gutters, window cleaning and pressure washing of the surfaces. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and be rewarded for your contribution as part of our team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Roof and Gutter cleaning and maintenance of the assets
- Remove leaves, debris, moss, and build-up from roofs and gutters.
- Flush gutters and downpipes to check for blockages and free flow.
- Set up and use ladders, harnesses, and fall-protection equipment safely.
- Inspect roofs and gutters for damage and report any issues.
- Clean up and remove debris/waste from site on completion.
- Partake in quality monitoring inspections and rectify any non-conformances identified.
- The cleaning of all assets assigned to you in the manner described in the company’s procedures and code of conduct.
To be successful:
- You'll hold a valid and full driver’s license - ESSENTIAL
- Working at heights licence - Required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Workplace Health and Safety awareness
- Able to work autonomously and as a team player
- Able to work to target deadlines and quality standards with accurate completion of associated paperwork
- MUST have a current Police & Working with Children’s Check
- Minimum 6 months commercial maintenance cleaning experience
