Dottie's Gelato is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and set the standard from day one. We want someone who leads with warmth, holds a high bar for quality, and knows how to build a great culture in a young, energetic team.

What you'll do:
- Own day-to-day store operations end-to-end
- Recruit, train and lead the team, setting the tone for culture and standards
- Maintain product quality and consistency across every shift
- Drive sales performance through genuine upselling and customer experience
- Report on store performance and work closely with the wider Dottie's team
