What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant
- Confident managing your own section
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Friendly, professional and comfortable talking with guests
- Able to work efficiently during busy services
- Reliable and a good team player
- Available across weekdays and weekends
- Current RSA
- Experience in Italian restaurants, premium casual dining or high-volume venues is highly regarded.
