About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our Brisbane team and help ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients. This is a key operational role supporting the full journey from script to shipment — working closely with our pharmacists and patient care team to create a seamless experience where patients feel confident, cared for, and supported at every step.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions and accurately input patient medical data
- Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders with care and precision
- Support pharmacists with stock control, compliance checks, and administration
- Provide friendly, timely patient support by in person, by phone, email, and online
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners as needed
- Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory requirements at all times
About You
Experience in a dispensary, pharmacy, or customer support setting is favourable
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a genuine attention to detail
Confidence with digital systems and inventory platforms
A high level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability
Curiosity about medicinal cannabis and progressive, patient-first healthcare
