We’re looking for a Floor Supervisor who brings great energy, loves looking after people and knows how to keep a shift running. You’ll be out on the floor with the team, making sure our guests get great service, the little things don’t get missed and everyone leaves with a smile.
You’ll be someone who:
Leads by example — You get stuck in, back your team and hold the standard every shift.
Loves looking after people — You make guests feel welcome, remember the little things and go out of your way to make their visit a great one.
Stays two steps ahead — You can read the floor, keep things moving and stay on top of what’s happening.
Takes initiative — You see what needs doing and get it done without waiting to be asked.
Brings the good vibes — You keep the energy up, support your team and stay cool when things get busy.
Most importantly, you care about people, take pride in what you do and want to make Andonis a place guests love coming back to.
This position will start of as casual with the opportunity to transition to full-time.
