Situated on the highest point in Brisbane’s Central Business District, Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane is a 4.5 star hotel attracting both business and leisure travellers. The Hotel boasts an engaging blend of contemporary design, modern amenities and gracious hospitality dedicated to the perfect guest experience.
We currently have both morning and evening positions available.
Duties and responsibilities:
Has a friendly and outgoing disposition
Good time management
Proven team member and can also work autonomously
Keep guest and service areas clean and tidy as per procedures
Take responsibility for your designated section and station
Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles
To be successful in this role, you must be:
Must have previous hospitality experience
Able to work flexible hours.
Reliable and dedicated
It is imperative to hold a current RSA certificate and Food Safety Certificate
You maintain a neat and tidy appearance
Have excellent communication skills and demonstrate an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude
Must have good physical fitness and be able to lift and carry various items.
