Village Bakehouse - Team Member (Fast Food Award | Casual | Level 1)
Village Bakehouse Bathurst
We're looking for friendly, reliable and motivated casual team members to help fill our daytime shifts at Village Bakehouse. This is a varied, hands-on role across our bakery, takeaway, drive-thru and dine-in services.
We're seeking people available on weekdays between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm, with weekend availability optional.
About the Role
You'll be involved in all aspects of our daily store operations, including:
Serving customers across our counter, drive-thru and dine-in areas
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Operating the register and processing cash and EFTPOS payments
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
Food preparation, handling and presentation
Providing table service and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area
Restocking displays, fridges and service areas
Maintaining cleanliness and following food safety and hygiene standards
Working as part of a team.
About You
Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Willing to learn, take direction and develop new skills
Available for weekday shifts between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm
Previous hospitality, retail, food handling or barista experience is an advantage but not essential
Employment Type: Casual
Award: Fast Food Industry Award
Availability: Weekdays between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm
Pay rates, including applicable casual loadings, will be in accordance with the fast food award.
