About the role
As our newPorter, you'll be theFace of Fullerton, creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests. We're looking for someone withhigh energy, enthusiasm, and apersonalitythat can light up the lobby.

Key Responsibilities:
Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Efficient Service: Assist with luggage handling, valet parking, and guest requests.
Expert Guidance: Provide accurate directions, recommendations, and information.
Immaculate Presentation: Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas.
Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with the concierge and front desk teams.
What We're Looking For:
Australian Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
Driving Proficiency: A valid driver's license (automatic and manual) is preferred.
Flexible Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Dynamic Personality: A confident and outgoing personality to match our hotel's vibrant atmosphere.
Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional Presentation: A polished and well-groomed appearance.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry luggage.
