About the Role
Every day is different when you’re serving great coffee in the heart of discovery! You’ll:
- Craft beautiful, high-quality coffee with consistency and flair
- Welcome guests and take orders using POS
- Deliver friendly, engaging service to visitors of all ages
- Be a key part of a dynamic front-of-house team
- Thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and family-focused environment
Availability: Monday to Sunday (approx. 25 hours per week)
Pay Rates:
- Mon–Fri: $32.31/hr
- Saturday: $38.78/hr
- Sunday: $45.24/hr

About You
You bring great energy, a love of coffee, and a passion for customer experience:
- At least 6 months Barista experience in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled in espresso coffee-making and grinder calibration
- Able to maintain quality under pressure during busy periods
- A team player who can also work independently
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional presentation
- Confident communicator with a friendly, welcoming style
- Valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
