What you'll do

Prepare, cook and plate dishes to our kitchen standards

Organise your mise en place and keep your section ready for service

Work closely with the kitchen team through busy services

Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe workspace

Help manage stock, minimise waste and rotate ingredients

Build your skills and contribute ideas to specials and menus
What we're looking for

A solid foundation as a Commis Chef, or the readiness to step into a Junior CDP role

Commercial cookery qualifications, relevant training or practical kitchen experience

Sound knife skills and food preparation knowledge-strong knife skills are a definite plus

Good food safety habits and attention to detail

Reliability, teamwork and clear communication

Pride in your work, a willingness to learn and an appetite for taking on more responsibility
