We're looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to guide educators, strengthen practice, and deliver meaningful learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

The Opportunity

• Lead and mentor educators to strengthen practice and pedagogy
• Deliver high-quality, EYLF-aligned programs
• Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Ensure compliance with NQS and regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with families and the community
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive team culture
