The Fair Work Ombudsman is seeking an experienced Assistant Director – Criminal Investigations to lead a small team within the Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman's Criminal Investigations Branch. You will provide operational and technical leadership on complex criminal investigations and prepare briefs of evidence for potential referral to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
This role will help build investigative capability across the Branch.
