About your service: Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working across our fantastic Ballarat cluster! You’ll have the opportunity to support services in Ballarat Central, Creswick, Mount Pleasant, Soldiers Hill and beyond, making a real impact while broadening your OSHC leadership experience.
Hourly Rate: $36.01 - $45.71 Per Hour + 12% Super. Additional payment of $1.58 - $1.97 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
Hours: Monday to Friday availability preferred. Timings: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Work up to 5 shifts per week for After School Care. Vacation Care: Flexible 30 Hours per week. Contract: Casual.
Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

What You Bring to the Mix
- The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
- The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
- The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
