Bobbi Brown Beauty Advisor/Artist – Sydney City

We are seeking a passionate and professional makeup artist and beauty consultant to join our retail team in a prestige beauty brand that values diversity of thought and people. The Bobbi Brown artist will receive on-the-job training including skill certification to assist with job requirements like conducting paid makeup services.

Role Requirements:

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service
• Provide tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills, linking additional products
• Educate customers on application techniques and product knowledge in demonstrations
• Maintain hygiene standards at all times
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in retail events and theme days
• Maintain 100% professional, polished grooming standards
• Confidently wear diverse makeup looks that align with brand aesthetic to each shift
• Attend mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)
• Maintain self-development through branded online training modules
• Complete all daily tasks before end of shift, including but not limited to: cleaning testers, brushes, & counter displays; unpacking of stock/testers/studio replenishment to designated storage areas; maintaining counter VM, tracking sales results and time & attendance
• Recruit new customers, signing them up to our CRM database and handling personal information with integrity
• Demonstrate an enthusiastic, cooperative team player approach to colleagues, store and brand management
• Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
• Flexible availability including late nights and weekends
• Impeccably groomed
