About The Position
Our Souls are not pushy and do not use aggressive selling techniques. The client experience is more important than forcing a sale. Role Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming store environment.
- Share knowledge of fine perfumery, the brand and the collection while building authentic client connections.
- Manage the lab, including compounding perfumes, ingredients, stock, labelling and boxing creations with care.
- Build the client database by gathering client information.
- Follow operational best practice, compliance and POS training guidelines.
