The Emerald Peacock, a rooftop cocktail bar in Melbourne, seeks confident bartenders who excel in high-volume service and creativity. You will craft classic and signature drinks while maintaining a spotless, well-stocked bar and collaborating with a close-knit team.
The role rewards a supportive, energetic culture where hospitality and presentation matter, even during peak shifts. We value consistency, prep, and a genuine love for the craft.
