We’re looking for a line cook who doesn’t flinch when the dockets start stacking up. You’ll work across the fryer, share plates and ramen line, backing up our chefs and keeping the food moving fast, hot and consistent.
Key responsibilities
- Work across the fryer, share plates and ramen line during service
- Run the fryer — cooking to temp and timing dishes so the whole table's order hits the pass together
- Cook and plate to our recipes, so every dish comes out the same every time
- Set up, stock and clean down your station
- Filter and change fryer oil
- Daily prep, labeling and stock rotation
- Follow our food safety standards
About you
- Some experience in a commercial kitchen (line, fryer or prep)
- Fast and organised during a rush
- Happy to move between stations and take direction from our chefs
- Reliable — you turn up when rostered and give notice if anything changes
- Full working rights in Australia
- Japanese or Asian kitchen experience (bonus but not essential)
