About the Role
Boatrocker – Melbourne’s original barrel‑aged brewery and distillery – has been crafting quality beer and spirits for over 16 years. Known for our commitment to flavour, innovation, and honest craftsmanship, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our Crew and rep some of the best beer and spirits in Australia. This Melbourne-based role puts you right at the heart of the brand.
The Opportunity
This is more than a standard sales role – you’ll be one of the key faces of Boatrocker out in the market. You’ll foster strong relationships, expand our presence, and ensure our beers and spirits are showcased in the best bars, venues, and bottleshops.
Your days will include:
- Telling the Boatrocker story with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Looking after existing accounts while actively securing new ones
- Acting as the link between our customers and our internal team
- Representing the brand at tastings, events, and festivals (occasional weekends required)
- Keeping reporting and systems up to date to help drive results
What are we looking for?
Experience in craft beer or premium beverage sales is ideal, but not essential. If you’ve built strong relationships in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or any customer-focused environment — and you’re organised, outgoing, and eager to grow — you could be a great fit.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable talking to anyone
- Driven, structured, and motivated to hit goals
- Curious about great drinks and keen to keep learning
- Independent on the road but a true team player
- Practical, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves
