The Crafty Pint is seeking a Brewing Leader at our Geelong brewery site.
You will oversee brewing, cellars and White Rabbit operations, guiding a team of eight direct and six indirect reports to deliver high quality beer and strong performance.
Reporting to the Brewery Manager, you will drive safety, continuous improvement and efficient production, while building a collaborative, capable team and a safer, smarter operation in a renowned craft brewery.
