Job Description: Sales Representative – Philter Brewing (QLD)
Philter Brewing is anaward-winning, independently owned brewery, and we’re looking for an experiencedSales Representativeto take ownership of our South East Queensland territory (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Northern Rivers).
This is a key role in growing our established presence in the region, soindustry experience is essential.We’re after someone with aproven track record in beer or liquor sales, strong knowledge of themarket, its channels and thewholesaler network, and the ability to hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, buyers and industry networks
- Manage and grow our existing customer base, including chain stores
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Plan and deliver promotional activity and product training to customers and end consumers
- Represent Philter with professionalism and passion across all sales channels
What we’re looking for:
- Solid background in beer or liquor sales (minimum of 3 years’ experience)
- Understanding of the QLD wholesale landscape including on-premise and off-premise networks
- Ability to plan, schedule and work both autonomously and collaboratively with Sydney HQ
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused - Experience in working with CRM advantageous
- Must have: valid Australian work rights, Driver’s licence + RSA
